Unity Tutorial 03

Hello!!

In today's blog, I will be sharing what I learned from Unity Tutorial 03. In this tutorial we got to add animals to our game, this was very exciting because I am basing my own game on dogs so it was really helpful to see my choice of dogs and how to add them to the prototype! I also learned how to stop the player and animals to not fall off the edge of the terrain and this will also help me in my future game. I also really need to learn how to somehow split the screen with the tutorial and my unity tab. That would be a lot easier than having to move the windows! I will be sure to learn how to do that for the next time!

I have to admit, I found some of the tutorials hard because sometimes I can't get them to work. My code could be slightly off and it would hold up the production of the whole prototype. I will get there eventually! I never really look forward to doing the unity tutorials because the time length of them seem so daunting but I really enjoyed these tutorials, mainly because they will be very useful to my game.

Game idea research

Hello everyone! I have finally decided on a game idea that I want to recreate! It wasn't particularly difficult for me to chose but I knew it would have to be a choice between two games! I wanted to choose between either flappy bird or Nintendogs! I chose... Nintendogs!!! I named my game "Puppy Paws". Introduction to an everything kind of person!

Hello! In this blog post, I will be sharing a bit about myself, my hobbies and what I got up to during lockdown! To begin let's talk about boring things... I am 19 years old, nearly 20. I am currently in year 2 of TU Dublin and study Creative Digital Media. I am a super busy person and anytime I get any free time I can never sit still! My Favourite Game!

Hello and welcome back to my blog! Today's blog is all about my favourite game. I am not a gamer nor do I play a lot of games. I have a play station 4 but that's about it. I rarely use my play station but when I do I play GTA 5, Red Dead Redemption 2 and Crash Bandicoot Nitro Fuel! Among us was created in 2019 but people have only started to play it recently so it is blowing up on the app store/ google play.
