My Favourite Game!

Hello and welcome back to my blog!


Today's blog is all about my favourite game. I am not a gamer nor do I play a lot of games. I have a play station 4 but that's about it. I rarely use my play station but when I do I play GTA 5, Red Dead Redemption 2 and Crash Bandicoot Nitro Fuel!


I don't have any favourite games on my play station at the moment but I do have a favourite game I play on my phone. 'AMONG US!'. Among us was created in 2019 but people have only started to play it recently so it is blowing up on the app store/ google play. The app has a 4.1-star rating so far on the app store with a number 1 chart simulation. The app developer is known as InnerSloth LLC. 


Among us is a game where 10 astronauts are stuck in a space station and there can be 1-3 imposters in the one game. The aim of the game is survival. to win the game the team of possible survivors have to restore the space station by completing all tasks. The imposter aims are to kill other astronauts and sabotage the space station to cause more tasks and potentially kill everyone before the tasks are complete. Team meetings are called regularly if an astronaut is acting suspicious as the imposters are anonymous and they are voted out so the potential survivors have more of a chance of winning.

    Hi Danniella, Finally found someone who loves playing Among Us, the game is so fun to play especially with friends even though some people like to snitch others out. I love being an Imposter because nobody ever knows when i am one, I am very sly when I am always killing everyone😁. Dont like they way the pets are €3.50 and skins are like €1.20 and above. - Tochi :)

 Hello everyone!  I have finally decided on a game idea that I want to recreate! It wasn't particularly difficult for me to chose but I knew it would have to be a choice between two games! Feedback Strategies

 Hello!  Today I will be talking about different feedback strategies. Last week I spoke about my thoughts on feedback in general but today I will be going into more dept and talk about how I can give feedback to someone else as well as my general thoughts. I have read two articles about feedback:  Try Feedforward Instead of Feedback  by  Marshall Goldsmith and  How to Give Feedback Without Sounding Like a Jerk  by Adam Grant.  The first article I read was  Try feedforward instead of feedback . I found this article very interesting and the title immediately caught my eye. In the article, Goldsmith talks about both the positive and negative sides of feedback. Goldsmith says that feedback can benefit a person but also can focus on the past and what has already occurred. He then suggests using the method of 'feedforward'. Game Brainstorm

 Hello and welcome back!! Today I will be brainstorming four game ideas from original games but potentially putting my own twist on them. I have chose four games all which I am familiar with. The games include: Flappy Bird, Mario Kart, Nintendogs and Dr Driving. Flappy Bird Flappy Bird is a mobile or PC game. It is a 2D game where the player controls the yellow bird by tapping on the screen or pressing the space bar. The aim of the game is to beat your high score by flying the bird through the gaps of the green pipes. If the player crashes into the green pipes it is GAME OVER. The original flappy bird game was launched in 2014 and had 50 million downloads by January 2014. The game was taken off all App Stores in May 2014, the original creator made the decision to delete his game as there were too much addiction and frustration playing the game.
